Overview of our injection molding services
Prototype injection molds
We develop and manufacture customised tools for prototypes and pre‒production runs, which are ideal for rapid validation, functional testing and initial sampling under production conditions.
1K/2K injection molding tools
We produce single‒ and multi‒component tools for complex parts, when different materials, colors or functions have to be combined in the manufacturing process.
Tool maintenance
We provide professional maintenance, inspection, and adjustment of your injection molds to maximise their service life, minimise downtime and ensure consistent quality.
When projects turn into risks
Many projects end up in the 'red zone' due to a lack of capacity, tight time schedules or missing feasibility studies
Typical obstacles are:
  • Tools have to be delivered within short leadtimes
  • Budgets are tightly calculated
  • Designs are complex or have not yet been validated
  • Lack of internal toolmaking capacity.
  • Finding a reliable supplier of durable injection molds is difficult.
The result: Delays, rework and, in the worst case, project termination.
This is exactly where Engesser comes in. We provide sound technical advice and perform feasibility studies. Hence, we set the baseline for a well-thought out mold, which can be manufacture in a cost-efficient way and which is ready for immediate use.
